With over 30 years of experience as a Teen and Adult Psychologist, I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and families. I provide expert support for a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, ADHD, life-cycle events, parenting issues, academic challenges, and peer-related concerns.

I also act as a liaison between adolescents and their schools, physicians, and other professionals, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their well-being.
Professional Experience & Background
I served as Chief Psychologist at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center for 20 years, where I remain on staff. Additionally, I am on staff at Saint Barnabas Medical Center and have held teaching positions at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine and Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in the Department of Pediatrics as an Assistant Professor.
My extensive background includes four years of postdoctoral work in marriage and family therapy under the supervision of Monica McGoldrick, a renowned family therapist and educator. This experience has enriched my ability to address complex family dynamics and offer effective therapeutic interventions.
