Online Therapy to Treat Phobias
in New York

with Dr. Rebecca Sperling, PsyD.

Do you find yourself going to great lengths to avoid situations or places due to intense fear?

Maybe you want to travel but feel paralyzed by a fear of flying.

Some people avoid necessary medical appointments due to a fear of needles or blood. Others struggle with vomit, worrying about pregnancy or caring for a sick child.

Phobias can be debilitating, affecting daily choices, relationships, and overall well-being.

Phobias I Help With:

  • Fear of Flying

  • Needles, Blood, or Medical appointments

  • Animals or bugs

  • Vomit

  • Heights

When these fears begin to interfere with your life, it may be time for focused support to help you reclaim control.

ERP has a proven track record of helping clients confront and reduce their fears by gently exposing them to situations that feel intimidating.

  • ACT supports you in accepting the presence of fear without letting it dictate your life.

This values-based approach helps you prioritize what matters most, rather than letting anxiety control your choices.
